Ok, this is just all kinds of awesome. A Filipino prison lets its inmates (all 1500 of them) perform Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Not to mention that it’s damn near perfect.
I love sleep. For those of you who know me, my list of most of important things in life usually goes as follows:
- everything else
Unfortunately for me in the past couple weeks, my sleeping has degraded from falling asleep normally and just waking up for a few minutes multiple times a night, to taking quite a long time (an hour or more) of just laying in bed before I can fall asleep, and then waking up in the middle of the night, only to not be able to fall asleep for hours. In the past 7 days, I’ve had two instances where I’ve had less than 5 hours sleep, and those 5 hours were interrupted by 1 or more hours somewhere in between.
Normally I wouldn’t care, but yesterday I had a job interview and I was so tired that I’m just hoping that I didn’t say anything stupid, because I don’t totally remember everything that happened.
NOTE: I promise this will be the last YouTube video I post for a while.
As those of you who know me can attest, there is rarely a situation where I can’t come up with some off-the-cuff, smart ass remark. I revel in being able to come up with stupid comments at a mere moment’s notice. It may bother some people, but I like doing it, and probably continue to do it for a long time to come.
What you’re about to witness defies even me. I’ve watched it three times now and yet after each viewing, I am stuck wondering whether I should be laughing, crying, or some mutant form of both. I am torn between wanting to make a joke about it and just laughing because it obviously must be a joke, in and of itself. It may sound cliché but I swear to the Lord Almighty that words cannot express the utter hilarity (or insanity, depending on how you want to look at it) that has been captured on film for us as a society to experience.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you: “the nexxai silencer.”
